SureSupply is compatible with both direct and network-connected printing environments. If your printer is directly connected to your computer you are direct-connected. All other types of connections are considered network-connected. If you are direct-connected you may already have SureSupply. Many of our newer printers have access to SureSupply through a CD provided with the printer.
In network-connected printers, SureSupply functionality is controlled through the Embedded Web Server (EWS). Many newer network-connected printers do not require additional configuration to enable SureSupply while others do.
